Overlooking the Gulf of Villefranche-sur-Mer, this private residence interprets contemporary architecture as a constant dialogue with the landscape. Built on a hillside and developed across multiple levels, the villa opens towards the sea through outdoor spaces designed to host moments of conviviality, contemplation, and relaxation.
Panoramic terraces and essential volumes create a fluid living experience, where indoor and outdoor merge seamlessly. On the lower level, a large infinity pool extends towards the horizon, surrounded by wooden decking and landscaped greenery that enhance the sense of calm and immersion in nature.

The bespoke signature of C.O.D.E.
For the outdoor areas, Capri chaise longues by C.O.D.E. have been selected, crafted in solid iroko wood and fully integrated into the residence’s contemporary architectural language. Positioned by the pool, they offer a discreet presence and essential design, contributing to a refined atmosphere.
Designed for high-end outdoor environments, the mattress is made of high-performance technical fabric, water-repellent and UV-resistant, with draining foam ensuring functionality and durability even in the most exposed conditions, while preserving aesthetic quality and comfort over time.
To complete the project, the remaining outdoor furnishings were custom-made by AKTME, the bespoke furniture brand of AKT GROUP. A coordinated intervention that ensured a consistent design language across every detail.
